A “TC” handles the administrative work in a real estate transaction. TC’s handle paperwork, deadlines and communications between various parties involved in the transaction. TC’s help ensure that all necessary documents are properly completed, submitted on time to facilitate a smoother and more organized real estate process for you as the agent and your clients.

What if I’m a new agent, do I still need a Coordinator?

YES! With a TC you can focus on establishing relationships as a new agent and gaining experience in sales rather than getting bogged down by administrative tasks. Getting your first client can be intimidating, why stress over the complexities of the real estate transaction? How does the Coordinator get paid?

The service fee can be paid a couple of different ways. The fee can be passed on to your client as an administration fee or it can be paid through your commission. The payment structure is based on how your broker handles your commission. The fee can be placed on the CDA to be paid at closing from the title company or taken directly from your commission. *All listing agreement services are to be paid at the time of service from agent.
